    "intention of trying to cheat"

    As seen in the screen shot i've attached. It supposed to be snipe+ rogue. But till the day of trade, When I was about to send the trade, it was Venom+ Lethal. He also asked to pe the mob on the day to trade, eventho it was never agreed on to evolve the mob. Imagine if I've evo'd the mob and send the trade without checking his mob first, I'll get cheated for sure. And, asking people to pe the mob, what if the mob I was suppose to get from him is to use to trade with other people? 

    I've attached all  our conversation to show that he "posted the fake monster" indeed.
