I am submitting this flag as a warning to other traders that he is not only a bad trader but a liar. we had agreed to 5:1 trade for my Tigerbyte but after speaking on Facebook we agreed to an 8:1 trade before the 24hr Un-accept period had expired: If I perfect evolved a Mangletiger (and left at level 1) he would send me a T1 Blast/Rogue Technicaller, a PE/Max Gemini, Swap+/lethal3 Urskimo, 2 ESwap+ Heru-urns, and 4 Heartsteelers (one having a passive of Lethal2). The 24hr time period passed with no Un-accept, alters or problems with agreed upon 8:1 trade. About 3-4 days after the trade had been accepted he tried to alter/cancel the trade (directly violating trade rules not to amend trade after 24hrs) saying he had talked to a friend that said he was giving too much for our trade; as a result, he tried forcing me to accept 1 less Urskimo or Heru-Urn. I obviously declined, sighting the trade had been accepted and it was too late. He also claimed he could sell his monsters to troopmates and get four gold packages to win epics in events (another direct violation of rules, grounds for a ban) as seen in picture. We finally got to trade day and started our trades, after the 2nd day of trades he sent the Heartsteelers and the passive was not leveled to correspond with the monster that he posted. I brought this issue up and he claims he mistaked his Virgo Toxic Heartsteeler that had passive2 with the Leo Venom Heartsteeler he sent me (despite the Leo being posted as passive2) and also blamed me for making problems (the Heartsteeler was posted as lethal 2 and I received it as lethal 1) I simply want the trade completed as accepted! after 12 hours (5pm-5am) of discussing/arguing that night he claimed if I wanted the passive leveled correctly as posted it would be multiple more trades AND at least another 3 day wait (on top of the 4 days it would take to complete our trade as is) He said if I wanted the passive to be ranked correctly I would need to make multiple extra trades (I had other trades accepted and traders waiting) and wait AT LEAST 3 more days, directly violating compliance to complete trades in a timely manner! i offered multiple solutions: 1) I asked him to just trade me the Virgo passive 2 Heartsteeler he had for the passive 1 Leo Heartsteeler he gave me to save trades & waiting days since he claimed he mistaked the Virgo passive2 with the Leo Passive1, which he refused. 2) I suggested he use the feeders he would use to rank the Heartsteeler up and feed them to a lethal Ultra that we had not traded yet to save trades. My suggestion would save having to wait multiple days and multiple excessive trades, which he refused. (Same feeders/stones that would be used to rank the Heartsteeler just a different lethal Ultra minus the extra/wasted trades for his mistake and the extra days I would have to wait) He also refused this idea. 3) he agreed with my other suggestion to rank one of the Lethal Ultras (Heru-Urn) that we had not yet been traded only to go back on his word again i never tried to get him to ADD ANYTHING to the trade, just fix the problem in the fastest and easiest manner possible to complete our trade in a timely manner from accepted date! instead he counter offered by suggesting I accept a bouldoise feeder instead of ranking the passive up. After declining that idea he offered to just send me 3 lethal rare feeders but that I would need to add a different account of his and wait another 12 day trading period just to get them. (With this solution we could complete our trade and other trades in that waiting time, where as sending the Heartsteeler back would of required multiple wasted/extra trades and at least a wasted 3 days wait) Being extremely frustrated at this point with the idea of waiting 12 days to get the problem fixed and his negligence to honor our trade in a timely fashion I went to bed. I slept on the idea and The next day I asked him to send me a friend request from this other account, which he ignored. I asked him over four times to add me in game from his other account (which he never did) He then went back on his word again and said he would only send 2 lethal rare feeders. We continued to talk and after offering/agreeing to send lethal feeders he was now refusing to do so at all OR add me in game from this other account. we argued about this for multiple days after he had already agreed/offered to send the feeders (as seen in picture) with no progress made. Having neared and exceeding 3 weeks before our trade will be completed and tired of his lies, lack of ability to complete our trade as honored in a timely fashion and poor validity of his word I am simply trying to send the Heartsteeler back, make multiple extra trades and wait MORE days, so he can rank the passive and send it back along with the other monsters to complete our trade. He is now refusing to accept trades for the Heartsteeler (to rank the passive) and other monsters (to complete our trade) stating he wants to cancel our trade. (Which is what's prompting this flag. I've been extremely patient and tried to fix the issue as easily as possible with nothing but difficulty and lies on his end and we have reached a point where no progress is being made) i spent 10 days focusing all energy on farming to rank the Tigerbytes and specials to PE Mangletiger.
