I don't know if you can flag someone for this, but I'm going to give it a try because I find this unacceptable. It's been about a two weeks, but he's yet to trade our monsters. I understand that he was busy with work and I tried to be lenient, but that was awhile ago. It's just gotten quite frustrating over time and I personally think he deserves some sort of punishment so that he doesn't do this to the next person.
