    Backed out of trade after 24h.

    This guy had 12 days to go from level 38 to level 40 and said he could not, I gave it one more week to go up 2 levels and we can realize our trading and he said he could not. Conclusion: he does not want to make the trade and comes with this excuse can not level up. Since we agreed on our trade I went up two levels easily without additive and effortlessly.
