About little less than a day after the trade was accepted on BC Rank, when asking for a screen shot he told me he that he had to get the monster from a friend. This lead me to believe there would be no problem in obtaining it.
To his credit, he apologized. But folks gotta learn not to offer mobs they don't have, unless it is expressedly clear at the beginning and the other person is okay with it.
