I have went to extensive lengths to get this person to respond, multiple messages over the course of 2 days, a message to one of his troop admins, even the threat of flagging him... He won't respond even though he's been online multiple times between messages. He does not have messenger according to facebook so I'm out of options except to flag since he won't respond to messages or accept the friend request.
