It's been over 6 days since we could trade . NO response or attempts to trade. He has been active on BCrank and has declined other trades RECENTLY. However no acknowledgment or my requests to complete this trade, has occurred. Please review his BCrank account as this will prove so.  He has been active here, but not in game. There is NO reason for him not to trade after all this time . So the only reason is that he refuses too. Please enter a Flag , as this is my LAST resort, as he has not honored his promise to trade.
