The trader posted, agreed to on BCRank, and confirmed in-game, that he would max the mob for trading.  Now on trade day, he wants to trade his unmaxed mob. He attests that he accidentally "hit the little slider" (later said he "forgot") and doesn't want to max the mob so that he can save his energies for an event instead.

I think many of us can agree that most of us can balance work/school/life and trading honestly.

And, he is being rude.
