Reported flags for this user for violating the rules.

We have been able to trade several days and has been more than 24 hours since last response.  Says she can’t trade because she has problems in real life but every day logs in to play. So I ask again couple days later.  Then she says she has no room in her inventory to move the pet out of storage and ask that I wait.  I have been waiting over 15 days; trade request time and a several days more.  I ask how long I am supposed to wait.  No answer for more than 24 hours. I have other things to do rather than wait on this for indefinite amount of time.  Please be more courteous of others time.
