Accepted my trade and when it was time to trade he asked me to wait a day. 2 days after I got muted and has never put his mobs in inventory for trade or communicated anything

We agreed to trade my R PE ultra to his 2 punches.  Total 3 trades.  I proposed him to trade with me on Suoer punch first before the reset and after reset, trade an ultra and the other punch. All the exchanges will be in one hour. He's making the trade so difficult. I also checked with the workers at BC rank and they said that it was fair trade, due to his bad history.  He making our trade difficult, using "not trust me" as an excuse.  I never backed out any trade!   I made a mistake, I didn't  know that he had 7 flags history, otherwise I would have never trade with him 

He wasted 20 days because we wait for 12 day trade wait then had to wait another 6 days for event to finish to trade. He then decides he didn't want to accept trade but try to scam me by asking for a teir 1 grind instead from me.

Deleted me as a friend. Won't respond to my message. When checked the other day the mob was not in his inventory. 

Have been able to trade for over a week. Kept making excuses as to why we couldn't trade yet.  Eventually stopped replying to me despite being online several times per day. Offered the same mob on another post a week after we had made the deal and also tried to scam a monster from me by deliberately sending the wrong trade. Strongly suggest you don't waste any time by trading with this person. You will regret it.
