Reported flags for this user for violating the rules.

Just made excuses. Waited for weeks, apparently said he couldn't access his account and gets disconnected after a minute. Shows he was online  recently with 12K trophies so there must be no connection issues. If someone else is playing his account could he trade easy (If you can play in game Support.Penny would work with the playing account). Says penny deleted his ticket, showed a screen shot of a 'windows desktop' screen shot of that of his phone, which shows no 'new trade' button, could of been edited took a while to supply this screenshot *Note the task bar at the bottom is removed no time and date is evident. Who needs to crop that out if it's an honest screen shot?. No one else knows of this issue. Told him to re log in, 
He just got all negative after I said give a few days for penny's response and see from there, and was not going to send me proof of another ticket he sent and a response for it. I've been waiting for weeks, I was going to offer a few more days giving it over 2 weeks after we could of traded. It's surprising to see Penny would of not responded that long time period.
