Offered maxed Magmadon but when the day of trade came, he offered only a Magmadon less than Level 10. Then, claimed that he had used up all his stones to max his other mob and did not Max Magmadon. Also claimed that he did not know he had offered a maxed Magmadon. Asked me to accept his non-maxed magmadon. I refused. Asked him to max and he wanted 7 days. I gave him 3 days, since that he has 4 other flags. He said he would only level up, not max.
