Reported flags for this user for violating the rules.

This guy suddenly didnt have the monster we would have traded,  he said: see you in 12 days, i'll keep the treeture for you. After 12 days I wanted to check if we could trade already, and I saw that he unfriended me? He doesnt seem te bother at all      

I had a trade with this person and the initial post said my mob was unmaxed. I waited 12 days to trade and when it was time he said he would not accept the trade because my mob was unmaxed. He never said it had to be and, again,  the initial post did not say it was maxed. I told him I would flag him and he basically implied he doesn't care about the rules.
